1. Mr. Ng Kwai Shang to be 2nd clerk,
2. Mr. Chering Isoi, Chinese Interpreter, to be 3rd clerk,
3. Mr. Li Man Hing to be Chinese Interpreter,
4. Mr. Chan Chi to be Shroff.
12.
Mr. Ng Kwai Shang, who since 1895 has been on temporary pension, has been re-employed as 2nd Clerk in accordance with the instructions contained in your despatch No. 190 of 25th August, 1895, and will draw his former salary, viz: $1728 per annum. This will effect a saving to this Government of $345.40 per annum.
